chemical composition of the transition layers is not the subject of the thesis. It is
experimentally established that the shear resistance for the bimetallic element of the
titanium + aluminum system

= 70…72 МPа. That's 85...88% of the theoretical value
of the shear resistance of the selected aluminum alloy. Thus, the experimental study
showed the possibility of connecting layers using drawing with thinning.

As a result of experimental research the scheme of technological process of
production of BTE by joint drawing with thinning of dissimilar metals in the heated
state, confirmation of the basic theoretical dependences for calculation of technological
parameters of process, and also technical decisions and results of numerical modeling
is proved.
For the design drawing process of bimetal element of the proposed algorithm of
calculation of technological parameters of drawing process of a two-layer blank with
refinement, which involves the following stages of calculation of technological
parameters of drawing with thinning of the double layer of the blank:
