The difficulty is that in the process of organizing PPE provision under the
necessity of forecasting based on existing procurement, internal orders or model
presentation with the help of the applied programs, there is a set of alternative options
for providing PPE on actual basis. At the same time, each such alternative solution is
responsible for its consequences, losses, for example, economic or social.
In industrial practice, the calculation of the annual requirement for special
clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment involves initially, in accordance
with sectoral norms, accounting for consumption and the nominal demand for a certain
number of workers. In this case, as a rule, demand is random, there may be delays as
well as significant inertia. When dealing with the problem of organizing provision
(savings, bringing to use), without idle pay by an employer, there is considered the
solution to the problem of reducing the organization efficiency against the background
of impossibility of the required amount of PPE inventory for a large quantity of
workers, reducing the effectiveness of performing work on the provision of services in
the absence of PPE provision [4].
Organizing (algorithm) of PPE provision for the workers of the organization.

Occupational health service should primarily have materials on the certification
of workplaces under labor conditions by the definition of environmental factors, which
influence the selection of PPE. Also, the occupational health service should inform the
workers about the correct use and care for special clothing with a mandatory signature
so that they become familiar with the sectoral rules of providing workers with special
