clothing, footwear, etc.
The responsibilities of the occupational health service include ensuring the
consistency of PPE provided to the workers, i.e. the personal cards keep records of PPE
standard sizes according to anthropometric characteristics of workers.
In PPE inventory, a very important role is played by the accounting records of
PPE provision to employees followed by payable invoices, posting, costs calculation,
cash flow of prepayment from producers with internal applications, contracts by sorting
if accounting for the written off funds is necessary.
In the distribution of PPE by months, the need is established on the basis of data
on the number of the expired overalls and special clothes which need to be replaced. It
takes into account the change in the technology of work and the emergence of new
technology, which requires new techniques during operation, so the number of PPE is
determined, considering the required duration of work. This is done by the maintenance
and logistics service (supply) on the basis of existing guidelines on the operation and
use of PPE, passports, technical manuals and regulations, certificates. In addition, when
purchasing overalls, it is planned to increase the total by 10-15% to create stock, taking
into account the acquisition of new equipment by the economy [4].
When organizing the provision of protection means for workers in accordance
with sectoral rules, first of all, it is necessary to determine the working conditions,
dangerous factors and zones, potential hazards.
Table 1 presents the hazardous and harmful production factors found in
accordance with Industry Standards 12.0.003-2015 [5], indicating the equipment or
operations that are the source of hazardous and harmful production factors (Table 1).
According to the data in Table 1, it is possible to make up a record of the required
PPE acquisition, taking into account the standards for providing PPE to antenna-mast
specialists.
Then the number of workers is determined, who, according to the norms, require
the free rationing of PPE of specific types and models by sizes and anthropometric
characteristics for making an order for PPE.
The need for PPE is determined by the formula:

– the need for PPE, which is compensated by the existing depreciation based
on the results of the current period;
– the need for PPE, which involves increasing the workforce (average number
of employees) for the planned period (year);
– the possible amount of the PPE balance in the warehouses at the beginning
of a specific period.
The inventory of safety devices is also important. Thus, for example, the amount
of safety harness in the operation of antenna-mast specialists in the calculation of the
