planned period (year) is determined by the formula:

𝑊
𝑠𝑑

=𝑊
í µí±í µí±‘

−𝑊
𝑢

 ,                                           (2)

where

𝑊
í µí±í µí±‘

 â€“ the required number of prevention devices of one type, face value;

𝑊
𝑢

  â€“

the number of useful and usable preventive devices [6].

Table 1 List of hazardous and harmful production factors

on the workplaces of antenna-mast specialists

The names of hazardous and harmful

production factors

The source of dangerous and harmful

production factors

Moving machines and mechanisms

Lifts, cradles

Moving parts of production equipment

Rotating protruding parts of winches with

electric drive

Movable products

Ropes

Increased dust and gas pollution of the

working area

Parts washing, aerosols when grinding,

welding, soldering (lead oxides), lubricant and

fuel (benzene, toluene)

Increased or reduced air temperature of

the working area

Absence of ventilation, aeration, heating

Increased or lowered surface temperature

of equipment, materials

No air curtains, air conditioning, blowing

Location at a significant height relative to

the ground

Masts, towers

Sharp edges, tightening

Ropes

Increased or lowered air humidity,

increased or lowered air flow

Robots at high altitude

Increased or decreased ionization of air

The presence of ozone and radiation

during production processes

Increased value of voltage in the electric

circuit, the closing of which can occur through

the human body.

Power equipment, violation of the

strength of insulators, breakdowns between

man and mast, switching off capacitances,

closing the phase through the arc

Increased Static Electricity

Isolators

Increased level of electromagnetic

radiation

Feeder supports, antennas, resonance

Toxic, irritating chemicals affecting the

respiratory system

Impregnated with antiseptic pillars,

polyvinyl chloride on isolation, with melting

(lead, carbon monoxide, polyethylene, acetone)

The main problems of the occupational health service and its representative, in

particular, are the absence of or formal approach to obtaining data, lack of materials on
the certification of workplaces according to the working conditions with determining
the environmental factors, of the scope of work performed, of the necessary use of
certain instruments, mechanisms and equipment. Without such information, it is
impossible to accurately select the necessary sets of special clothing. The problem of
accounting of overalls provided to workers, as a rule, is in a large number of
documents, instructions and the impossibility of the complete inventory with the
issuance of profitable invoices.
