work.
That is, if real standards are introduced, the built-in linear programming model
will allow to indirectly quantify the surplus or lack of a particular type of PPE. The
performed study resulted in high-quality assessment of the lack of overalls, but the
workers will be provided with special footwear and other means.
CONCLUSION
If the strict inventory of PPE is not granted as well as its movement in the
organization in the dynamics, it can lead to excessive accumulation of PPE in
warehouses with loss of quality and protective properties, not to mention the
convenience and ergonomics for users. Also, this may be the reason for random
purchases, to the extent that the regulatory terms do not correspond to the terms of
actual wear, which in turn will lead to overdraft or early cancellation.
The proposed calculation method facilitates the organization of providing workers
with PPE in terms of reducing the amount of overcurrency or shortage, as well as
calculating the approximate amount of PPE relevant to its real need for performing jobs
on the provision of services by organizations according to the optimality criterion
(reduction of economic costs and production resources).
The suggested model is conceptual and can be presented algorithmically for
implementation of software in any environment (in this case executed in the Qbasic
environment). The method of PPE stock modeling while minimizing costs and
resources allows you to take into account the random values of demand and
replenishment of PPE in the warehouse, to fulfil the orders on supply, and determine,
at the specific values of the required PPE amount, the balances and possible deficits on
requests.
With the proposed program, you can obtain an array of output data on expenses
under the input conditions for the amount of PPE stockbnin the warehouse, the required
volume of one-time delivery to the organization.
For example, with a stock quantity of 100 sets, the average demand for a set of 10
units, the execution of such an order is possible within 10 days. At the same time, the
balance in the warehouse is 70 sets, the volume of one-time delivery to the organization
of PPE of 15 sets is required. In this case, there will be no costs. Accordingly, with
such data there is no risk of injuries to workers, i.e., the "optimum" for economic and
security reasons is created. Otherwise, the quantity of the stock of 30 sets, the volume
of one-time delivery to the organization of PPE containing 30 sets and the balance of
30 sets, the costs will amount to 30 thousand UAH. In the quantity of one-time delivery
of PPE containing 10 sets to the organization, the balance of 20 sets, the costs will
account for 60 thousand UAH. In the quantity of one-time delivery of PPE with 5 sets
to the organization and the balance of 20 sets, the costs will amount to 90 thousand
